Cloud Systems

SP de Valk Consultancy collects and stores your name, surname, e-mail address and any other information you submit willingly in the process of granting access to its cloud environment. Additionally, all activities you undertake within the cloud environment are logged.

Purpose

  • Your name, surname and e-mail address will only be used to identify you as an individual within the cloud environment.
  • Activity logs will be used for analysis if SP de Valk Consultancy has reason to believe you’re violating the terms of use.

Access

  • As long as your personal account has not been deleted from our Cloud System OR you keep collaborating with your federated account, your user profile (hence, name, surname & e-mail address) will be visible to all users in SP de Valk Consultancy’s cloud environment.
  • All activity logs are strictly accessible by the SP de Valk Consultancy’s IT admin(s) and DPO contacts.

Storage Duration

  • Six months after your account has been created your account will be disabled
  • Six months after your account has been disabled (and not re-enabled), all your data (thus, name, surname, e-mail address and activity logs) will be permanently removed from SP de Valk Consultancy’s data storage.

SP de Valk Consultancy verzamelt en bewaart uw naam, achternaam, e-mailadres en additionele gegevens die u vrijwillig aanlevert bij het verlenen van toegang tot haar cloudomgeving. Daarnaast worden alle activiteiten die u onderneemt binnen de cloudomgeving gelogd.

Doel

  • Uw naam, achternaam en e-mailadres worden alleen gebruikt om u als individu te kunnen identificeren door onze eindgebruikers binnen de cloudomgeving.
  • Activiteitenlogboeken worden gebruikt voor analyse als SP de Valk Consultancy redenen heeft om aan te nemen dat u de gebruiksvoorwaarden schendt.

Toegang

  • Zolang uw persoonlijke account niet is verwijderd uit ons Cloud Systeem OF u blijft samenwerken via uw federatieve account, is uw gebruikersprofiel (ie. naam, achternaam & e-mailadres) zichtbaar voor alle gebruikers in de cloudomgeving van SP de Valk Consultancy.
  • Alle activiteitenlogboeken zijn alleen toegankelijk voor de IT-beheerder(s) en DPO-contacten binnen SP de Valk Consultancy.

Opslag termijn

  • Zes maanden nadat uw account is aangemaakt, wordt uw account uitgeschakeld
  • Zes maanden nadat uw account is uitgeschakeld (en niet opnieuw is ingeschakeld), worden al uw gegevens (dus naam, achternaam, e-mailadres en activiteitenlogboeken) permanent verwijderd uit de gegevensopslag van SP de Valk Consultancy.
